OBESITY: In France, Weight Problem is Political Problem

Thompson New CEO in Yahoo!

The 23-year-old British soul singer has sold more than 5 million copies of her sophomore album, “21,” in the U.S., the first artist to hit that milestone in one year since Usher moved 7.9 million copies of “Confessions,” Reuters reported. Adele has sold more than 15 million copies of the CD worldwide.

It’s the cherry on the proverbial sundae for Adele, who notched six Grammy nominations earlier this month and is favored for Song, Record and Album of the Year.

SEPANG-MALAYSIA. Kabar mengejutkan dari balapan Moto GP yang berlangsung di Sepang – Malaysia, balapan yang memasuki akhir musim ini menyisahkan kenangan yang tak terlupakan. Berita duka yang mengejutkan semua pecinta dan penggiat Moto GP dan Motorsport, Marco Simoncelli pembalap tim Gresini Honda yang juga rekan senegara Valentino Rossi ini akhirnya meninggal dunia dalam balapan yang berlangsung akhir pekan ini. Berita kematian pembalap Italia ini di sampaikan langsung oleh tim medis dari Moto GP pada Pukul 16.45 WIB.

Tabrakan maut tersebut bermula saat Simoncelli bertarung melewati Alvaro Bautista di turn 11,namun motor yang digunakan tak dapat dikuasainya akhirnya tergelincir dan terhantam motor lain dari belakang yang dikendarai oleh Colin Edwards dan Valentino Rossi. Kecelakaan yang sangat keras tersebut sampai melemparkan helm yang dipakai Simoncelli dan membuatnya tak sadarkan diri di tengah lintasan.

Setelah beberapa saat tim medis Moto GP pun tiba dilokasi dan langsung memberikan perawatan serius dan intensif, namun Nyawa Pembalap yang berusia 24 Tahun tersebut tak dapat tertolong lagi dan akhirnya meninggal dunia. Dengan kejadian ini maka balapan Moto GPdi Sepang-Malaysia pun dibatalkan. Seluruh Rekan, fans dan Penggiat Moto GP sangat merasa kehilangan atas Meninggalnya Pembalap Italia tersebut.
